Laini’s List of Things to Do This Weekend in the Lehigh Valley – April 6–8
By Laini Abraham
1. The Psychedelic Furs
Saturday, Doors open at 6pm, Show starts at 7pm, Musikfest Café, The ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks, 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem
So it appears the Psychedelic Furs will be at the Musikfest Café tomorrow night! Listening to “Heartbreak Beat” right now takes me back to 1986. So if you like Echo & The Bunnymen, Siouxsie and the Banshees, The Jesus and Mary Chain or were alive and over the age of 10 in the 80s, clear your calendar, unless, of course, you happen to be celebrating Passover. It also appears that local musicians/treasures XVSK (Trevor Exter & John Kimock) will be opening for the Furs. Cool, cool, cool!
