1. Greek Food Festival

Friday 4 pm – 10 pm, Saturday 11 am – 10 pm & Sunday 11 pm – 6 pm, Meuser Park, Easton (Wilson Boro)

Enjoy a taste of the Mediterranean hosted by the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. Traditional Greek food such as Mousaka, Pastitsio, Roasted Chicken, Spinach Pie, Souvlaki & Gyro to name a few. Desserts such as Baklava, Kourabiedes, Kataifi, Galaktoboureko, Diples. Dancing by children during all 3 days with Greek Night on Saturday at 8pm. All entry is free!

2. Rent – the Lehigh Valley Premiere!

Friday & Saturday at 8 pm, Sunday at 2 pm, Civic Theatre, Allentown

Jonathan Larson’s Pulitzer Prize-winning musical tells the story of a group of impoverished young artists and musicians struggling to survive and create in New York’s Lower East Side in the thriving days of Bohemian Alphabet City, under the shadow of AIDS.

3. Pennsylvania Youth Theatre’s Pinocchio

Friday at 7 pm, Saturday at 2 and 7 pm, Sunday at 1 and 4 pm; Charles A. Brown Ice House, Bethlehem, Tickets and Info

Yasha Frank’s historic play highlights the best in human spirit set against the real-world backdrop of fear and uncertainty. Performed in the round, all seats are General Admission which means every seat will be in the center of the action!

4. British Invasion of the Belly Dancers!

Saturday at 7 pm, Third St. Alliance, 41 N. Third St., Easton

Join in the fun as the region’s best belly dancers break tradition by performing to British pop music! All proceeds benefit the nonprofit Third Street Alliance, which runs programs (including a women’s shelter) for women and children in Easton. 5. 25th Annual Baum School Art Auction

Saturday at 6 pm at the Baum School of Art, Corner of 5th and Linden Sts., Allentown

This auction attracts approximately 300 patrons and art collectors throughout the Lehigh Valley. There will be over 100 original works offered in the live auction and 100 works offered in the silent auction. Boris Wainio will be the auctioneer, and the live auction which will start at 8:00 p.m. on the third floor Fowler Family Room is free to the public.

6. Porters’ Pub’s 20th Birthday Weekend

Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 700 Northampton St., Easton

Porters’ Pub turns 20 on Sunday, May 16th! Favorite past bartenders will be making guest appearances behind the bar and there will be price rollbacks to 1990 all weekend! Hourly giveaways all day Saturday – with a Birthday Bash countdown at midnight. Mugholders Banquet 4pm til 6pm on Sunday! Live music by Schubert & Binder on Friday and New Madrid Faults on Saturday.
