1. Lafayette/Lehigh (or Lehigh/Lafayette) Game

The 146th meeting of these two schools is sold out, but there are other options to watch the game, among them live coverage on WFMZ tv and also the 1st Annual Tailgate Telecast Viewing Party at Stabler where there will be tailgating and then watching the game on a 25 foot big screen inside Stabler.
2. Jim Weider & Honky Tonk Gurus

4. Final Weekend for the EFM’s
Saturday – Easton Farmers’ Market; Sunday – Emmaus Farmers’ Market
It’s hard to believe, but this is the last weekend of the season for these two awesome Lehigh Valley markets. Stop by and pick up some fresh preserves or Uncle Dude’s Ridiculous Marinara for gifts, order a turkey, or just walk around and enjoy it one last time to hold you over until next May.
5. Hot Music at a Cool Spot – Hassay/DeChellis/Nakatani Trio
Saturday at 8pm, in the loft gallery of the Antonio Salemme Foundation, 842 Hamilton Street, second floor, Allentown
The concert will celebrate the trio’s third CD recording, “Ritual Joy,” released by Konnex Records of Berlin, Germany. The group’s leader, Gary Hassay of Allentown, describes the trio’s improvisational style as “instant composition” that breaks the rules of traditional jazz. Doors open at 7:30pm. 8. Nouveau Weekend along the Lehigh Valley Wine Trail
Saturday and Sunday, All nine Lehigh Valley Wineries
The nine wineries of the Lehigh Valley Wine Trail will debut the first vintages from their most recent harvest this weekend, their last Wine Trail event of the year. Wineries will also feature food and wine pairings for visitors to sample. Nouveau Weekend is a great opportunity to purchase wines to give as holiday gifts or to complement holiday meals.
9. More than Meets the Eye Exhibition
Ongoing, Da Vinci Science Center, 3145 Hamilton Blvd. Bypass, Allentown
The More Than Meets The Eye Photo Exhibition – appearing Oct. 22-Feb. 6 – will present unique, up-close visual studies of insects by Bethlehem photographer Michael Much. The More Than Meets The Eye exhibition is supported by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and Dan’s Camera City.
